Here at the Oakeley Arms, we love a good book! There’s no better feeling than a lazy Sunday afternoon curled up in one of our cosy armchairs in the bar by the fire, with a good book in one hand and a big mug of tea (oh, go on then, we mean big glass of wine!) in the other.

So to celebrate the arrival of the weekend when there might just be the possibility of a good book and a nice fire, we thought we’d dig out some of our favourite classic books.
