Thank you so much to the excellent Oakeley Arms and your team. A large group of us stayed in both the hotel and the cottages for a charity climb of Snowdon. The accommodation was excellent and to a very high standard, staff friendly and helpful, setting amazing and the food in the pub very good. I would highly recommend this as a base for exploring North Wales and Snowdonia. We will be back!
Amazing place, food was lovely and home cooked, the staff were so helpful and the room was stunning, very clean with beautiful views, will definitely be coming back!
Fantastic service. Came for food today for a late mothers day meal, 14 month old was a bit tired and playing up a little, staff were lovely, one member of staff even provided her with crayons and paper and was fantastic with her. Lovely food too. Highly recommend! Diolch i chi!
Great staff great food and the lamb is the best I've ever had. But the whole menu is 5* definitely recommend to anyone!
Have visited many times with family &friend's while on holiday.
Menu is 5* Woodland Chicken is amazing Helpful friendly staff. Kids food brilliant. Good size portions for my constantly hungry 8 year old. Puddings are unfortunately a must!!! Too good to miss. Eton mess and hot chocolate fudge cake!! Yummmmmmmy
Thankyou to all the staff. Will be back soon.
Staying there long-term in a cottage as I am working nearby.
Great, well-equipped cottages & the hotel is good too.
Good beer & good food served to you by the great staff.
The hotel is well-placed for visiting the many attractions of the Snowdonia National Park. I had an enormous room, with comfortable bed and good bathroom facilities. The bar stocked three real ales, and has a Cask Marque badge. Food was good quality and the young staff were friendly and attentive. I travelled there via the Ffestiniog Railway, which is well-worth a visit.
